Dionne’s Good Food is on a mission to serve good food to good people — and they’re certainly delivering. Since their debut at Pharrell’s Something in the Water Festival in 2022, co-owners Dionne Bussey-Reeder and Andre “Dre” Taylor have been busy serving up delicious eats and familial vibes to the D.C. community.

Drawing on his decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Dre infuses passion and flavor into every dish and cocktail he concocts, while Dionne puts her skills as a community leader to work by making sure the restaurant functions as both a food hotspot and a hub for human and economic development. With a mouth-watering menu that includes their beloved, signature crab fries, the duo has made a name for themselves as a family-owned, women-led operation that truly brings people together through food.
